Curiosity. Awareness. Transformation. Possibility.

I believe organizations transform when leaders have the courage to ask better questions, strengthen relationships, and align people around a shared purpose.

Throughout my career, I've worked alongside nonprofits, foundations, educational institutions, and mission-driven organizations navigating growth, complexity, and change. While the settings have evolved, the work has remained remarkably consistent: helping leaders create healthier organizations where people and purpose can thrive together.

That's the work I'm honored to do every day through Transformation Strategies.

My Journey

I didn't arrive at organizational development by accident.

My work began in spaces where communication, power, and human relationships carried real consequences. From supporting survivors of domestic violence to working in higher education, nonprofit leadership, and national advocacy organizations.

Across each chapter of my career, I found myself asking the same questions:

  • How do people build trust?

  • What helps leaders navigate conflict well?

  • How do organizations grow without losing their values?

  • What allows people to do their best work together?

Those questions eventually led me to organizational development, executive coaching, strategic facilitation, and ultimately to founding Transformation Strategies.

Today, I partner with organizations navigating some of their most important moments: from strategic planning and leadership transitions to culture transformation and board development.

How I Show Up

I believe the best consulting relationships are built on curiosity, trust, and honest conversation.

Clients often tell me they appreciate my ability to ask thoughtful questions, bring clarity to complexity, and create spaces where people can have the conversations they've been avoiding, but need to have.

My role isn't to arrive with all the answers. It's to help organizations uncover the wisdom, alignment, and direction that already exists within them.

Beyond the Work

When I'm not partnering with organizations, you'll likely find me traveling somewhere new, exploring local restaurants, dancing, spending time with family and friends, or listening to live music.

I care deeply about health and wellness, lifelong learning, and living a life aligned with my values. I aspire to be a good ancestor, to contribute in ways that leave people, organizations, and communities stronger than I found them.

That philosophy shapes both my life and my work.

Final Invitation

Every organization has moments that ask something new of its leaders. If your organization is navigating one of those moments, I'd be honored to explore how we might partner together.
